SPECIAL MEETING OCTOBER 15TH, 1952 Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in Special Session in the Council Chambers -, on Wednesday, October 15th, 1952, at 8:08 P.M., with all members present. STATE OF INDIANA ) COUNTY OF ST. JOSEPH ) SS: CITY OF SOUTH BEND ) CALL FOR SPECIAL MEETING To the Preside2a.t, and Members of the Common Council of the City: of South Bend, Indiana: Gentlemen: You are hereby notified that under and by virtue of the authority vested in me by law as Mayor of the City of South Bend, in the State of Indiana, a Special Meeting of the Common Council of said City is hereby called to meet in the Council Chamber, in the City Hall at the hour of 8 :00 P.M., on Wednesday, October 15th, 1952. This meeting is called to take the place of the regular meeting held the second Monday of the month.an.d is for the purpose of conducting all general business that would normally come before a regular meeting of the Common Council. The Chief of Police or any member of the Police Force is hereby directed to forthwith serve a copy of this notice on each and every member of the Common Council and make due return of such service of said Special Meeting. a., Dated this 10th day of October, 1952.
