4 <br />OTMAITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING <br />OCTOBER 15TH. 1952 <br />826. <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole <br />meeting in the Council Chamber, Wednesday,.October 15th, 1952, at 8:05 P.M., with all members present. Chairman <br />Hahn presided. <br />"An Ordinance transferring monies from Sewer.Department J -11, $2,000 and J -12, $5,000 to Sewer Department J -13, <br />$7,000 and from Dog Pound K -11, $400 from Salary of Assistant Pound Master to Salary of Pound Master in the <br />Published Budget for 1952 and declaring an emergency ". <br />Councilman Korpal made a motion that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Glass seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Niezgodski made a motion to <br />adjourn, which motion was seconded by Councilman Korpal.
