t <br />COMMITTEE OF.THE MOLE MEETING JUNE 9TH, 1952 <br />Be it remembered that the Coy=on- Council:;9f- the -City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole <br />meeting in the Council Chamber, Monday, June 9th, 1952, at 7:54 P.M., with all members present. Chairman Hahn <br />presided. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3874 <br />"An Ordinance appropriating from the General Fund the sum of $6,000.00 to the 1952 budget of the Civil City of <br />South Bend, Indiana for the purpose of a study and report on street use and parking problems in said city and <br />declaring an extraordinary emergency ". <br />Councilman Erler made a motion that the ordinance go to the Council as unfavorable. Councilman Bestle seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Erler made a motion to adjourn, <br />which motion was seconded by Councilman Bestle. Councilman Bestle seconded the motion.
