Davis <br />Dear Council Colleagues, <br />Henry Davis, Jr. <br />amending this ordinance, and at this time, 56 of 64 houses asked have signed <br />Second District <br />I have been contacted by residents living in the area surrounding the University <br />Valerie Schey <br />of Notre Dame (the Wooded Estates Neighborhood in particular) asking for a <br />Third District <br />revision to our city's current lawn parking standards. This ordinance revision <br />would allow for lawn parking on Notre Dame home football game days <br />Fred Ferlic <br />throughout the city without a permit. The current standards related to. lawn <br />Fourth District <br />parking would still apply the other 358 days of the year. In addition, all public <br />Karen L. White <br />safety provisions related to lawn parking would remain in place every day of the <br />David Varner <br />year. <br />Fifth District <br />Oliver J. Davis <br />A local Wooded Estates resident has started a neighborhood petition to support <br />Sixth District <br />amending this ordinance, and at this time, 56 of 64 houses asked have signed <br />the petition (87.5 %).
