COMMITTEE.OF THE WHOLE MEETING <br />JULY 9TH, 1951 <br />730 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole <br />meeting in the Council Chamber, Monday, July,9th, 1951, at 8:14 P.M., with all members present. Chairman Korpal <br />presided. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3826 <br />"An Ordinance reducing certain items in the 1951 Municipal Civil City Budget of the City of South Bend, Indiana; <br />and appropriating from the General Fund of said City the sum of One Thousand Seven Hundred ($1,700.00) Dollars <br />to certain other budgetary items of-the 1951 Budget of said City, and declaring an extraordinary emergency ". <br />Councilman Kemper made a motion that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Niezgodski seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no further business, Councilman Muszynski made a motion to adjourn, which motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Glass.
