REGULAR MEETING <br />JUNE 11TH, 1951 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in regular session in the <br />Council Chamber, Monday, June 11th, 1951, at 8:22 P.M., with all members present except Councilman Erler. <br />President Niezgodski presided. <br />REPORT OF COMMITTEE ON MINUTES <br />To the Common Council of the City of South Bend: <br />Your Committee on the inspection and supervision of the minutes, would respectfully report that they have <br />inspected the minutes of the previous meeting of the Council and found them correct. They therefore recommend <br />that the same be approved. <br />Meeting of May 28th, 1951. <br />Councilman Muszynski made a motion that the report be accepted. <br />Motion carried. <br />PETITION <br />To the City Planning Commission <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />CLEM NIEZGODSKI ) <br />STANLEY C. KEMPER ) <br />CHESTER MUSZYNSKI ) <br />Councilman Tellson seconded the motion. <br />The undersigned, St. Joseph Cemetery & Undertaking Association, hereby requests that the following described <br />real estate located in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, to wit: <br />Lot Numbered Sixty -four (64) Commissioner's Subdivision of Bank <br />Out Lots Eighty -five (85) and Eighty -six (86) <br />which real estate is situated immediately to the rear of the property now occupied by this petitioner at 1233 <br />Western Avenue in the City of South Bend, Indiana, be changed from "B" residential, "A" height and area`to "C" <br />commercial, "D" height and area. <br />ST.
