g <br />TTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING <br />JUNE 11TH. 1951 <br />724 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole <br />meeting in the Council Chamber, Monday, Jude 11th, 1951, at 8:15 P.M., with all members present except Councilman <br />Erler. Chairman Korpal presided. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3824 <br />"An Ordinance ap ropriating from the General Fund of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana, the sum of Nine <br />Hundred ($900.005 Dollars, to the Engineering Department, and declaring an extraordinary emergency ". <br />Councilman Glass made a motion that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Tellson seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no further business, Councilman Kemper made a motion to adjourn, which motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Glass.
