713 <br />I I COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING APRIL 23RD, 1951 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the 'Whole <br />meeting in the Council Chamber, Monday, April 23rd, 1951, at 8:10 P.M., with all members present. Chairman Korpal <br />presided. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3812 <br />ItAn Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, authorizing the isauance and sale of bonds of said city for the <br />purpose of providing funds to be applied on the cost of construction and improvement of streets, and expenses <br />incurred in connection therewith ". <br />Councilman Niezgodski made a motion that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Muszynski <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3814 <br />"An Ordinance reducing certain items in the 1951 South Bend, Indiana, Civil City Budget; and appropriating from <br />the General Street and Traffic Fund of said City the sum of one thousand four hundred ($1,400.00) Dollars, to <br />certain other budgetary item of the 1951 budget of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana, and declaring an <br />extraordinary emergency". <br />Councilman Muszynski made a motion that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Glass seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no further business, Councilman Erler made a motion to adjourn, which motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Tellson. Motion carried, and the Committee of the Whole adjourned at 8 ::15 P.M. <br />ATTEST: <br />V <br />
