<br /> seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the meeting recessed at 9:55 a.m., to be reconvened on
<br /> Wednesday,January 15,at 8:30 a.m.
<br /> The regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was reconvened at 8:35 a.m. on Wednesday,
<br /> January 15,2003,by Board President Gary A.Gilot,with Mr.Carl P.Littrell and Mr.Donald E.Inks
<br /> present. Also present was Board Attorney Thomas Bodnar.
