Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole <br />meeting in the Council Chamber, Monday, March 26th, 1951, at 8:07 P.M., with all members present. Chairman <br />Korpal presided. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3805 <br />"An Ordinance fixing the salaries of certain City Officials and Employees of the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />effective January 1, 1952, and repealing all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict therewith ". <br />Councilman Niezgodski made a motion that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Bestle <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3806 <br />"An Ordinance ordering and providing for the sale of the following described real estate in the City of South <br />Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, to -wit: <br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot Numbered G2 in Wenger and Kreighbaums <br />Vistula Avenue Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana, thence Northerly <br />parallel with the East line of Lincoln Way East 136.7 feet; thence East 30 feet; <br />thence North 50 feet; thence East to the St. Joseph River; thence Southwesterly <br />to a point directly East of the place of beginning; thence West to the place of <br />beginning, subject to the right of the City of South Bend to construct an inter- <br />ceptor sewer across said land at the approximate location and depth as shown on <br />the plans for the interceptor sewer in the Engineer's Office of said city. <br />Councilman Erler made a motion that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Glass seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no further business, Councilman Tellson made a motion to adjourn, which motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Kemper.
