COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING <br />MARCH 12TH, 1951 <br />700 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole <br />meeting in the Council Chamber, Monday, March 12th, 1951, at 8:05 P.M., with all members present except Councilman <br />Glass. Chairman Korpal presided. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3801 <br />"An Ordinance appropriating from the General Fund of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana, the sum of Six Hundred <br />($600.00) Dollars, to the Public Health Clinic, Department of Health, and declaring an extraordinary emergency". <br />Councilman Niezgodski made a motion that the ordinance should go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Bestle <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3802 <br />"An Ordinance appropriating from the General Fund of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana, the sum of Four <br />Thousand Five Hundred ($4,500.00) Dollars, to the Office of the Board, and declaring an extraordinary emergency's. <br />Councilman Niezgodski made a motion that the ordinance should go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Muszyns <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no further business, Councilman Niezgodski made a motion to adjourn, which motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Tel•lson.
