665 <br />COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING OCTOBER 9TH, 1950 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole <br />Meeting in the Council Chamber, Monday, October 9th, 1950, at 8:00 P.M. with all members present except Councilman <br />Kemper. and: Councilman, Tellson.:.:Chairman Korpal presided. <br />"An Ordinance reducing certain items in the 1950 South Bend, Indiana, Municipal Civil City Budget; and appropriati <br />from the General Fund of said City the sum of Eleven Thousand and Eighty -two Dollars ($11,082.00); and also <br />appropriating from the General Street and Traffic Fund of said City the sum of Four Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars <br />($4,900.00), all to certain other budgetary items of the 1950 budget of the Municipal Civil City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, and declaring an extraordinary emergency ". <br />Councilman Erler made a motion that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Glass seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no other business, Councilman Tellson made a motion to adjourn, which motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Muszynski.
