Approved October 26, 2004, Pursuant to Resolution No. 100-2000 Pamela Maez Released Effective November 8, 2004 Marchant Excavating Released Effective November 20, 2004 ATC Associates, Inc. Reinstated Effective May 11, 2004 Mr. Gilot made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and that the Bonds be approved and/or released as outlined above. Mr. Inks seconded the motion which carried.
