Therefore, <br /> upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the request to advertise was <br /> approved. <br /> APPROVAL OF RECOMMENDATION -TO USE CITY OWNED PROPERTY -RETENTION <br /> POND AT THE CORNER OF YORK AND JACKSON ROADS -PEOPLE OF PRAISE YOUTH <br /> MINISTRY FISHING <br /> Mr.Gilot stated that favorable recommendations have been received by the Division of Engineering, <br /> Code Enforcement, Economic Development, Park Department, Water Works, and the City <br /> Attorney's office, in reference to a request as submitted by John Hupp, 11950 Kern Road, South <br /> Bend, Indiana, to use the above referenced to City owned property on September 25, 2004. Upon <br /> a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried,the recommendation was approved. <br /> APPROVAL OF RECOMMENDATION-TO CLOSE STREET-ARDMORE FROM SHERIDAN <br /> TO BENDIX - HONEYWELL OPEN HOUSE <br /> Mr. Gilot stated that favorable recommendations have been received by the Division of Traffic and <br /> Lighting, Police Department and the City Attorney's office, in reference to a request as submitted <br /> by Ms. Nellie Garrett, 4210 Hickory Road, Mishawaka, Indiana, to conduct the above referred to <br /> block party on Ardmore from Sheridan to Bendix.
