APPROVAL OF RECOMMENDATIONS TO CONDUCT PROCESSIONS NAME EVENT DATE TI MM' COMMENTS 32° Masonic Learning Dyslexic Walk 10/16/04 1-4 p.m. 5K and 5 Mile Center Walks St. Joseph Regional A Walk to 10/03/04 1:30 - 4:30 p.m. Near Madison Medical Center Remember Center and AM General United Religious Crop Walk for 9/26/04 1:30 - 5.00 p.m. Howard Park Community Hunger along East Race Upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the above referred to processions were approved. APPROVAL OF RECOMMENDATION TO ENCROACH ONTO PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY - INSTALLATION OF SIGN - 232 SOUTH MICHIGAN - HEARTLAND Mr. Inks advised that the Board is in receipt of favorable recommendations from the Division of Engineering,Police Department,Building Commissioner and the Fire Department for the installation of a sign at the above referred to address. Upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the recommendation was approved. APPROVAL OF RECOMMENDATION TO ENCROACH ONTO PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY - INSTALLATION OF SIGN - 1411 SOUTH MICHIGAN - EDWARD J. WHITE INC. Mr. Inks advised that the Board is in receipt of favorable recommendations from the Division of Engineering,Police Department,Building Commissioner and the Fire Department for the installation. of a sign at the above referred to address. Upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, seconded by Mr.Inks and carried, the recommendation was approved. APPROVAL OF RECOMMENDATION TO ENCROACH ONTO PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY - INSTALLATION OF SIGN 1323 SOUTH MICHIGAN - GREAT LAKES WINDOWS AND SIDING Mr. Inks advised that the Board is in receipt of favorable recommendations from the Division of Engineering,Police Department,Building Commissioner and the Fire Department for the installation of a sign at the above referred to address. Upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the recommendation was approved. APPROVAL OF RECOMMENDATION - TO CHANGE PARKING RESTRICTIONS - HOLY DAYS - TEMPLE BETH EL Mr. Inks stated that favorable recommendations have been received by the Division of Engineering, Police Department and the City Attorney's office, in reference to a request as submitted by Temple Beth El, 308 West Madison, South Bend Indiana, to change parking restrictions on West Madison Street and North Lafayette Boulevard for parking on both sides, in conjunction with their Holy Day services on September 15, 16, 24 and 25, 2004 . Upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the recommendation was approved.
