REGULAR MEETING SEPTEMBER 13, 2004 <br /> APPROVE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETINGS <br /> Upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the minutes of the agenda <br /> session and regular meetings of the Board held on August 16, 19 and 23, 2004, were approved. <br /> OPENING OF BIDS-SALE AND DEVELOPMENT OF CITY-OWNED PROPERTY-924 WEST <br /> INDIANA (FORMER OLIVER SCHOOL) <br /> This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for the above referred to property. The <br /> Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News <br /> which were found to be sufficient. No bids were received. The Board stated that Community and <br /> Economic Development should negotiate with an interested buyer for a price that covers the cost of <br /> advertising fees. <br /> OPENING OF BIDS - SALE OF ABANDONED VEHICLES <br /> This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for the above referred to vehicles.
