<br /> Mr. Gilot stated that favorable recommendations have been received by Traffic and Lighting,Police
<br /> Department and the City Attorney's office, in reference to a request as submitted by Mr. Frank
<br /> Ronchetti, 5117 South Ironwood Drive, South Bend, Indiana, to change the traffic restrictions on
<br /> Jackson Road from Ironwood to York on August 2 to 7, 2004, from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. for the
<br /> 4-H Fair. Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Littrell Mr. and carried, the
<br /> recommendation was approved.
<br /> APPROVAL OF RECOMMENDATION - TO CONDUCT MOTORCYCLE PROCESSION -
<br /> SOUTH BEND FIRE FIGHTERS LOCAL 362
<br /> Mr. Gilot stated that favorable recommendations have been received by Traffic and Lighting,Park
<br /> Department,Police Department and the City Attorney's office,in reference to a request as submitted
<br /> by Mr. Nick Kowalski, South Bend Fire Fighters Local 362, 1122 South Main Street, South Bend,
<br /> Indiana,to conduct the above referred to walk on July 30, 2004, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., on
<br /> the designated route as submitted. Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Littrell and
<br /> carried, the recommendation was approved.
<br /> APPROVAL OF RECOMMENDATION - TO CONDUCT MOTORCYCLE PROCESSION -

<br /> APPROVAL OF RECOMMENDATION - TO CONDUCT MARCHING BAND PARADES -
<br /> PRACTICAL CHRISTIANITY SDA CHURCH
<br /> Mr. Gilot stated that this request was withdrawn by the petitioner.
<br /> APPROVAL OF RECOMMENDATION - TO CONDUCT "ASTHMA WALK" - AMERICAN
<br /> LUNG ASSOCIATION
<br /> Mr. Gilot stated that favorable recommendations have been received by Traffic and Lighting, Park
<br /> Department,Police Department and the City Attorney's office,in reference to a request as submitted
<br /> by Mr. John Smith, 9445 Delegates Row, Indianapolis, Indiana, to conduct the above referred to
<br /> walk on September 18, 2004, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., on the designated route as submitted.
<br /> Upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, seconded by Mr. Gilot and carried, the recommendation was
<br /> approved.
<br /> APPROVAL OF RECOMMENDATION - TO CONDUCT "2004 A B A T E MOTORCYCLE
<br /> RUN" - FREEDOM CYCLE
<br /> Mr. Gilot stated that favorable recommendations have been received by Traffic and Lighting, Park
<br /> Department,Police Department and the City Attorney's office,in reference to a request as submitted
<br /> by Mr. Chris Moore, 6210 U.S. 31 South, South Bend, Indiana, to conduct the above referred to
<br /> motorcycle run on September 5,2004,from 11:00 a.m.,on the designated route as submitted. Upon
<br /> a motion made by Mr.Gilot,seconded by Mr.Littrell and carried,the recommendation was approved
<br /> subject to detours being set for downtown cross-traffic.
<br /> APPROVAL OF RECOMMENDATION-TO CLOSE STREET-SIBLEY FROM COLLEGE TO
<br /> BROOKFIELD - BLOCK PARTY
<br /> Mr. Gilot stated that favorable recommendations have been received by the Division of Traffic and
<br /> Lighting, Police Department and the City Attorney's off-ice, in reference to a request as submitted
<br /> by Ms. Roberta Young, 1710 South Sibley, South Bend, Indiana, to conduct the above referred to
<br /> block party on August 8, 2004, from 11:00 am. to 10:00 p.m. Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot,
<br /> seconded by Mr. Littrell and carried, the recommendation was approved.
