REGULAR MEETING JULY 12, 2004 Agreement- Rum Village Neighborhood Residential 2021 Swygart Street $4,899.09 Enhancement Matching Grant Program Agreement Rum Village Neighborhood Residential 1538 Arnold Street $2,000.00 Enhancement Matching Grant Program Agreement - Community Development Block Grant Housing Development Corporation - Program Income Agreement - Shelter Plus Care AIDS Ministries $43,416.00 Contract- Community Development Program LaSalle Fillmore $10,100.00 Neighborhood Center Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the above referred to Agreements/Contracts were approved and executed. APPROVAL OF REVOCABLE PERMITS - RECOGNITION OF ENCROACHMENT UPON CITY-CONTROLLED PROPERTY AND PROVISIONS ALLOWING TEMPORARY CONTINUANCE OF SAME - GATEWAY SIGNAGE/MARKERS - 2305 AND 2306 MIAMI STREET Mr. Gilot stated by execution of the permits, the City grants permission to Miami Village Association to install, maintain, and remove gateway signage/markers on the above City owned properties. Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot,seconded by Mr.Littrell and carried,the Permits were approved. APPROVAL OF LICENSE APPLICATION FOR A SIDEWALK CAFE PERMIT - THE VINE Mr. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt of favorable recommendations from the Building Department, Engineering, Police Department, Fire Department and the Legal Department for a License Application for a Sidewalk Cafe Permit for the Vine, 122 South Michigan Street, South Bend, Indiana. Upon a motion made by Mr. Inks, seconded by Mr. Littrell and carried,the License Application was approved.
