<br /> Mr. Gilot stated that favorable recommendations have been received by Traffic and Lighting,Police

<br /> Nichols, 505 South Grant, South Bend,Indiana,to conduct the above referred to block party on July
<br /> 4, 2004, from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Littrell
<br /> and carried, the recommendation was approved.
