REGULAR MEETING JUNE 14 2004 <br /> The regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:35 a.m. on Monday, June 14, <br /> 2004,by Board President Gary A. Gilot, with Mr. Carl P. LittreIl and Mr. Donald Inks present. Also <br /> present was Attorney John Livingston. Board Attorney Thomas Bodnar was not present. <br /> AGENDA ITEM ADDED <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Littrell, seconded by Mr. Inks,the following item was added to the Agenda: <br /> - Access Agreement <br /> APPROVE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETINGS <br /> Upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried,the minutes of the meetings <br /> of the Board held on May 20 and 24, and the Special Meeting of June 7, 2004, were approved. <br /> OPENING OF BIDS - PARKING STRUCTURE NO. 1 REHABILITATION - PHASE IIA - <br /> PROJECT NO. 104-019 (BOND) <br /> This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for the above referred to project. The <br /> Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend.Tribune and the Tri-County News <br /> which were found to be sufficient. The following bids were opened and publicly read: <br /> H.G.
