<br /> Mr. Gilot stated that favorable recommendations have been received by Traffic and Lighting,Police
<br /> Department and the City- Attorney's office, in reference to a request as submitted by Mr. Bobby
<br /> Davis, 1402 North Meade, South Bend, Indiana, to conduct the above referred to graduation party
<br /> on June 12, 2004, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, seconded by
<br /> Mr. Gilot and carried, the recommendation was approved.
<br /> APPROVAL OF RECOMMENDATION - TO CLOSE STREET - MAGNOLIA BETWEEN
<br /> PRAIRIE AND DUBAIL- GRADUATION PARTY
<br /> Mr. Gilot stated that favorable recommendations have been received by Traffic and Lighting,Police
<br /> Department and the City Attorney's office, in reference to a request as submitted by Ms. Monica
<br /> Rivera, 1715 Magnolia Street, South Bend, Indiana,to conduct the above referred to event on June
<br /> 12, 2004, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, seconded by Mr. Gilot
<br /> and carried, the recommendation was approved.
<br /> APPROVAL OF RECOMMENDATION-TO CLOSE STREET-MEGHAN BEELER COURT-
<br /> COMMERCIAL BLOCK PARTY - SAFETY SAL, INC./KOVAS DOOR
<br /> Mr. Gilot stated that favorable recommendations have been received by Traffic and Lighting,Police
<br /> Department and the City Attorney's office,in reference to a request as submitted by Mr.Tim Wilson.
<br /> 4073 Meghan Beeler Court,South Bend,Indiana,to conduct the above referred to event on June 12,
<br /> 2004, from 1:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, seconded by Mr. Gilot and
<br /> carried, the recommendation was approved.
<br /> RATIFY RECOMMENDATION - TO CONDUCT CIRCUS - ST. JOSEPH COUNTY 4-H
<br /> FAIRGROUNDS
<br /> Mr. Gilot stated that favorable recommendations have been received by Code Enforcement, Park
<br /> Department, Building Department, Police Department and the City Attorney's office, in reference
<br /> to a request as submitted by Mr. George Carden, George Carden Circus International, 3901 West
<br /> State Highway O, Springfield, Missouri, to conduct the above referred to event on May 26 and 27,
<br /> 2004, at the 4H Fairgrounds. Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Littrell and
<br /> carried, the recommendation was ratified.
<br /> RATIFY RECOMMENDATION-TO CONDUCT"MAMAS AGAINST VIOLENCE"PARADE
<br /> Mr. Gilot stated that favorable recommendations have been received by Traffic and Lighting,Police
<br /> Department,Park Department and the City Attorney's office, in reference to a request as submitted
<br /> by Ms. Connie Witherspoon, Post Office Box 3734, South Bend, Indiana, to conduct the above
<br /> referred to parade on May 31, 2004, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Upon a motion made by Mr.,
<br /> seconded by Mr. and carried, the recommendation was ratified.

<br /> BENDIX DRIVE AND KALEY - GRADUATION PARTY
