Resnik QUOTATION: Blended Phosphate Sequestrant Corrosion Inhibitor - $.99 per pound delivered 23% Flourisilicic Acid -NO BID LCI, LTD. 415 Pablo Avenue Jacksonville Beach, Florida 32250 Quotation was submitted by Mr. David Messerlie QUOTATION: Blended Phosphate Sequestrant Corrosion Inhibitor -NO BID 23% Flouisilicic Acit - $24,165.00 (Unit Price - $179.00/Ton) Upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell seconded by Mr. Gilot and carried,the above Quotations were referred to the Water Works for review and recommendation. OPENING OF QUOTATIONS/AWARD QUOTATION _RIVERSIDE DRIVE/RIVERSIDE COURT SEWER EXTENSION - PROJECT NO. 104-043 BOND Mr. Gilot advised that this was the date set for the receiving and opening of sealed Quotations for the above referred to project. The following Quotations were opened and read: BOB FRAME PLUMBING & HEATING, INC. 5707 U.S. 31 South South Bend, Indiana 46614 Quotation was submitted by Mr. David P. Frame QUOTATION: $25,222.00 DOMINIAK MECHANICAL INC. 1137 West Western South Bend, Indiana 46601 Quotation was submitted by Mr. Donald Domimak QUOTATION: $29,075.00 EDWARD J. WHITE. INC. 1011 South Michigan Street South Bend, Indiana 46601 Quotation was submitted by Mr. Joe White QUOTATION: $27,750.00 Upon a motion made by Mr.Littrell,seconded by Mr. GiIot and carried,the above bids were referred to the Division of Engineering for review and recommendation. After reviewing those bids, Mr. Jason Durr, Engineering, recommends that the Board award the contract to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder,Bob Frame Plumbing&Heating,Inc., 5707 U.S. 31 South, South Bend,Indiana in the amount of$25,222.00. Therefore, Mr. Littrell made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the quotation be awarded as outlined above. Mr. Gilot seconded the motion which carried.
