Jacob, Clerk FILING OF CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE Upon a motion made b)°Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Littrell and carried, the following Certificates of Insurance were accepted for filing: M&M Concrete Construction Chet Waggoner, LL Walsh Construction Company YWCA of St. Joseph County, Inc. Geyer Construction Company Walsh Construction Company of IL Direct Line Communications, Inc. Subsurface Group, Inc., Envirocorp, Inc. etc. Interior Finishes, Inc. Alro Steel Corp, et. al. Weaver Boos Consultants, LLC Garyae Inc., dba Precision Wood Products, Inc. K-Fex, Inc. Earth Exploration, Inc. Rieth-Riley Construction Co., Inc. Tall Oak Construction APPROVE AND/OR RELEASE CONTRACTOR AND EXCAVATION BONDS Mr. Anthony Molnar, Engineer, Division of Engineering, recommended that the following Contractors and Excavation Bonds be approved and/or released as follows: BOND OF CONTRACTOR Craig Hawley d/b/a Craig Hawley Construction Released Effective April 26, 2004 Smessaert Custom Homes Released Effective April 26, 2004 Joshua F. Approved Effective April 15, 2004 Pursuant to Resolution No. 100-2000 Erik Carlson Approved Effective April 20, 2004 Pursuant to Resolution No. 100-2000 Mark Truex dba Q&T Builders Approved Effective April 20, 2004 Pursuant to Resolution No. 100-2000 EXCAVATION BOND Maple City Excavation Approved Effective April 20, 2004 OCCUPANCY BOND Pepper Construction Corp Released Effective April 26, 2004 Mr. Gilot made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and that the Bonds be approved and/or released as outlined above. Mr. Inks seconded the motion which carried.
