�i J_ REGULAR MEETING APRIL 26, 2004 ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 14-2004 - APPROVING THE TRADE-IN OF CITY OWNED PROPERTY ON PROPERTY OF SIMILAR NATURE Upon a motion made by Mr.Inks,seconded by Mr.Littrell and carried,the following Resolution was adopted by the Board of Public Works: RESOLUTION NO. 14-2004 A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND BOARD OF PUBLIC WORDS APPROVING THE TRADE-IN OF CITY-OWNED PROPERTY ON PROPERTY OF SIMILAR NATURE WHEREAS,it has been determined by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend that the following described property is unfit for the purpose for which it was intended and should be traded-in for property of a similar nature: 19721H 2400A Bucket Loader, SIN 2230059600111 1992Toro 451001), SIN 30140-03502 1992Toro #5100D, SIN 30142-03502 1992Toro 45100D, SIN 03502-30116 1986Toro Green Aerator, SIN 60224-09100 1988 Jacobsen Greensking, SIN 62226-5063 1994Giant Vac Leaf Blower, SIN 94-240764 1994Giant Vac Leaf Blower, SIN 94-240767 1996Jacobsen 7 Gang Mowers, S/N 181293, 181300, 181308, 181309, 181329, 114435, 114017 1967Ford 42110, S/N C1675507006 WHEREAS,it has been determined by the Board of Public Works of the City-of South Bend that the following described property is of a similar nature to the above-described property and should be traded with the above-described property: TO BE DETERMINED WHEREAS, I.C. 36-1-11-9 authorizes the Board of Public Works to trade in or exchange City-owned property for partial or full reduction in the purchase price of property of similar nature.
