603 <br />COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLRMEETIVG JANUARY 9TH, 1950 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bond, Indiana, met in the Committee of the <br />Whole in the Council Chambers, Monday, January 9th, 1950 at 8-.13 P.M. with all members present* Chairman <br />Korpal presided* <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3731 <br />An Ordinance amending Ordinance Not 3702 commonly down as the Zoning Ordinances <br />Councilman Erler moved that the ordinance go to the Council.as favorable. Councilman Tellson.seconded the <br />motion* Motion carried. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3732 <br />An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No* 3702, as amended, which ordinance is commonly called the Zoning Ordinance <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />Councilman Tellson moved that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable, Councilman Mus2ynski seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried* <br />There being no further business, Councilman Erler made a, motion to adjourn, which motion was seconded by <br />CouncilmanKemper.
