�im• COMMITTEE OF THE. WHOLE MEETING Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole in the Council Chamber, Monday, October 10th, 1949, at 8 :15 P.M. with all members present except Councilman Kemper. Chairman-Korpal presided at the meeting. ORDINANCE N0, 3718 An Ordinance reducing certain items in the 1949 South Bend, Indiana, Municipal Civil City Budget in several departments and offices thereof, and appropriating specific sums from the General Fund, and from the General Street and Traffic Fund, of said city, to certain other budgetary items of the 1949 Municipal Civil City Budget of South Bend, and declaring an extraordinary emergency. Councilman Muszynski moved that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable. 'Councilman $rler seconded the motion. Motion carried. There being no further business, the Committee of the Whole adjourned at 8 :20 P.M. ATTESTS APPROVED: CLERK(
