<br />These lots are in the acute angle at the junction of LaPorte Ave. and Wilber St.

<br />The ordinance was given third reading and passed by a roll call vote of 7 ayes - 0 nays - 1 absent (Kemper).
<br />ORDINANCE
<br />AN ORDINANCE SUPPLEMENTING ORDINANCE N0, 3702 ADOPTED JUNE 13, 1949,
<br />AND COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND.
<br />The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Niezgodski made a
<br />motion that the ordinance be referred to the Committee of the 'Whole on August 22nd. Councilman Muszynski
<br />seconded the motion* Motion carried.
<br />There being no further business, Councilman Tellson made a motion to adjourn* Council Niezgodski seconded
<br />the motion. Motion carried, and Council adjourned at 7 :35 P.M. Central Standard Time.
