569 <br />AUGUST 2ND, 1949 <br />ORDINANCS <br />AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE TAX BS1i FOR THE YEAR .1950 FOR <br />THE MUNICIPAL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Tellson made a motion <br />that the ordinance be referred to the Committee of the Whole for Public Hearing on August 29th. Councilman <br />Niezgodski seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no further business before the Council, Councilman Rezgodski made a motion to adjourn the <br />Special Meeting, which was seconded by Councilman Glass.
