566 <br />II COMMITTEE OF THE MfiOLE MEETING JULY 25TH, 1949 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council met in the Committee of the Whole meeting in the Council Chamber of <br />the City Hall, Monday, July 25th, 1949, at the hour of 7s00 P.k►♦ Central Standard Time. All members were <br />present. Chairman Rorpal presided. <br />ORDINANCE N0. 3710 <br />An Ordinance appropriating from the City of South Bend Park Maintenance Fund the sum of $125.00 to Account No. <br />381, Spraying Material and Fertilizer, Park Department; also transferring the sum of $10,675.00 from Account No. <br />43, Drives and balks, Park Department, to the following accounts in the amount indicateds Account No. ll, Labor <br />Services Temporary, $1,500.00; Account No. 261, Other Contractual Services, $400.00; Account Yo. 332, Oil, <br />#100.00; Account No. 442, Park Maintenance, ;400.00; Account No. 711, Buildings and Fixed Equipment, $7,575.00; <br />and Account No. 726, Other Equipment, $700.00, all in Park Department, and declaring an extraordinary emergency. <br />Councilman Glass moved that the said ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Tellson seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried. <br />ORDINANCE N0. '3711 <br />An Ordinance approving a contract between the City of South Bend, Indiana, and Indiana & Michigan Electrio <br />Company. <br />Councilman Tellson moved that the said ordinance go to the Council as favorable.
