=. Be it remembered that the Common Council met in the Committee of the Whole meeting in the Council Chambers, of the City Hall,.Monday evening, July 11th, 1949, at the hour of 8:05 P.M. All members were present. Chairman Borpal presided. ORDINANCE N09 3 707 An Ordinance transferring the sum of $1,000.00 from Account No. Q -11, Salaries, Fire Department; to Account No. Q -262, Medical, Dental and Surgical Service, also the sum of $50.00 from Account No. Q -11, Salaries, Fire Department, to Account No. Q -322, Oil, Fire department; also the sum of $35,000.00 from Account, No. Q -11, Salaries, Fire Department, to lecount No. Q -712, Buildingq,Fire Department, and declaring an extra- ordinary emergency. Councilman Glass moved that the said ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Bestle seconded the motion. Motion carried. There being no further business, the Committee of the Whole adjourned at 8:10 P.M.
