Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, <br />seconded by Mr. Relos and carried, the above bids were referred to Code Enforcement for <br />review and recommendation. Upon review, Ms. Kathy Eli, Code Enforcement, recommended the <br />awards to the highest responsive and responsible bidders as shown above in bold.
