Nobody was present from the company to confirm the change. Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Relos and carried, the above bids were referred to Code Enforcement for review and recommendation. Upon review, Ms. Kathy Eli, Code Enforcement, recommended the awards to the highest responsive and responsible bidders as shown above in bold. Therefore, Mr. Relos made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the bids be awarded as outlined above. Mr. Mecham seconded the motion, which carried. OPENING OF QUOTATIONS — BONDS AVENUE RETENTION AREA LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS —PROJECT NO. 113-021 SEWAGE WORKS REVENUE BOND Mr. Gilot advised that this was the date set for the receiving and opening of sealed Quotations for the above referenced project. The following Quotations were opened and read: LOVISA AND BARONE LANDSCAPE 14009 Jefferson Boulevard Mishawaka, Indiana 46545 Quotation was submitted by Mr. Jeremy Chapman Contractor's Non -Collusion Affidavit, Non -Debarment Affidavit, Employment Eligibility Verification, Non -Discrimination Commitment for Contractors and Certification of Use of United States Steel Products or Foundry Products was submitted QUOTATION: $19,806,00 LANDMARK LANDSCAPING 10882 McKinley Highway Osceola, Indiana 46561 Quotation was submitted by Mr. Steve Solliday Contractor's Non -Collusion Affidavit, Non -Debarment Affidavit, Employment Eligibility Verification, Non -Discrimination Commitment for Contractors and Certification of Use of United States Steel Products or Foundry Products was submitted QUOTATION: $14,521.00 FUERBRINGER LANDSCAPING & DESIGN, INC. 22530 Brick Road South Bend, Indiana 46628 Quotation was submitted by Mr. Dan Fuerbringer Contractor's Non -Collusion Affidavit, Non -Debarment Affidavit, Employment Eligibility Verification, Non -Discrimination Commitment for Contractors and Certification of Use of United States Steel Products or Foundry Products was submitted QUOTATION: $27,105.00 Ms. Greene noted. that Fuerbringer Landscaping and Lovisa and Barone Landscaping did not submit the Acknowledgement of the Addendum.. She stated they would therefore potentially be found non -responsive to the quote. Upon a motion made by Mr. Mecham, seconded by Mr. Relos and carried, the above Quotations were referred to Engineering and the Long Term Control Plan administrator for review and recommendation.
