REGULAR MEETING AUGUST 13 2013 232 Ms. Greene noted that Steve Hubler's bid had a line item crossed -out but not initialed. Nobody was present from the company to confirm the change. Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Relos and carried, the above bids were referred to Code Enforcement for review and recommendation. Upon review, Ms. Kathy Eli, Code Enforcement, recommended the awards to the highest responsive and responsible bidders as shown above in bold. Therefore, Mr. Relos made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the bids be awarded as outlined above. Mr. Mecham seconded the motion, which carried. OPENING OF QUOTATIONS — BONDS AVENUE RETENTION AREA LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS —PROJECT NO. 113 -021 SEWAGE WORKS REVENUE BOND Mr. Gilot advised that this was the date set for the receiving and opening of sealed Quotations for the above referenced project.
