499 <br />AUGUST 3RD. 1948 <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE TAX LEVY FOR THE YEAR 1949 FOR THE <br />MUNICIPAL CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />This ordinance was given first and second reading* Councilman Korpal made a motion that the ordinance be <br />referred to the Committee of the Whole for Public Hearing on August 30th.- Councilman Glass seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no,further business before the Council, Councilman Glass made a motion to adjourn the Special Meeting, <br />which was seconded by Councilman Erler.
