REFULAR MEETING DECEMBER 222 1947. <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in regular session in the <br />Council Chambers, City Hall, December 22nd, 1947, at 7 :45 P.Y., vith all members present. President Brannan <br />presided. The reading of the Minutes o{ the previous meeting was waived. <br />COHNUNIC ATION <br />A Resolution adopted by the Common Council of the City of Elkhart, State of Indiana, relative to the immediate <br />erection of a State Hospital for mental patients in a central location in Northern, Indiana, was read by.the <br />Clerk. <br />Councilman Heideman rade a motion that the communication be acknowledged and placed on file.
