REGULAR MEETING SEPTZIBFR 22nd, 1947. <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of-the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in regular session in the <br />Council Chambers, City Hall, September 22nd, 1947, at 7 :50 P.M., with all members present except Councilman <br />McCarthy. President Brannan presided. . The reading of the Minutes of the previous meeting was waived. <br />COMMUNICATION <br />A communication from L. M. Coffman, 415 Victoria Street, with regard to barking dogs, was read. Councilman <br />Niezgodski made a motion that the communication be placed on file. Councilman Bishop seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE IMHOLE <br />To The Common Council of the City of South Bend: <br />September 22nd, 1947. <br />Your Committee of the Whole ", to whom was referred an Ordinance to .repeal Ordinanace No. 2670 entitled <br />" An Ordinance Amending Ordinance 2243 Commonly Known as Building Code" by adding a sub - section to <br />Section 601 thereof. <br />Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion this Ordinance shall be <br />reported to the Councilmas favorable. <br />dILLIAM J.
