ORDINANCE NO. ~ "1 O ~ ' 0 3 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1200, 1290, AND 1390 <br />IRELAND ROAD IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which ordinance is commonly known as the <br />Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order <br />that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. <br />Joseph County, State of Indiana: <br />PARCEL I: A parcel being part of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 30, Township <br />37 North, Range 3 East, City of South Bend, Centre Township, St. Joseph County, Indiana, described <br />as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said quarter; thence South 89°54'37" East <br />(bearing assumed) along the North line of said quarter, a distance of 260.00 feet to the point of <br />beginning; thence continuing along said North line, a distance of 102.00 feet; thence South <br />00°05'11" West, a distance of 870.00 feet; thence North 89°59'16" East, a distance of 53.00 feet; <br />thence South 00°04'32" West, a distance of 150.00 feet; thence South 89°55'20" East, to the West <br />line of Scottsdale Addition, Section "A", a distance of 484.86 feet; thence South 00°25'08" East, <br />along said West line to the North right-of--way of U.S. Route 20 Bypass, a distance of 1 X6.52 feet; <br />the next (8) calls being on the North said right-of--way; thence Deed: South 69°8'00" West, a <br />distance of 421.39 feet, (measured: South 70°28'36" West, 313.64 feet and South 70°27'31" West, <br />106.22 feet) to the South line of said North Half; thence along said North line, North 89°52'4" <br />West, a distance of 1397.83 feet; thence North 0°05'50" East, along the East side of a tract purchased <br />by I.D.O.T. for right-of--way, a distance of 788.54 feet; thence North 89°27'44" West, to the East <br />right-of--way line (county), a distance of 19.84 feet; thence along the said East right-of--way line <br />South 0°04'21" East a distance of 788.69 feet; thence North 89°52'45" West, a distance of40.00 feet <br />to the West line of said quarter section; thence North 00°00'00" East along said West line, a distance <br />of 1046.67 feet; thence South 89°54'26" East, a distance of 260.00 feet; thence North 00°00'00" East, <br />a distance of 270.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br />PARCEL II: A parcel of land in the Southwest Quarter of Section 30, Township 37 North, Range 3 <br />East, described as follows, viz: Beginning on the West line of said Section 30 at a.point 811 feet. <br />North of the Southwest corner of said Section; running thence North a distance of 508.8 feet; thence <br />East 1,787.41 feet; thence South parallel with the West line of said Section, 507.7 feet; thence West <br />1,787.41 feet to the place of beginning. <br />
