Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South amend, Indiana, met in Special Session, in the
<br />Council Chambers, City rall, on Friday, October 26th, 1945, at 7 :30 P.M., with all members present except
<br />Councilman Hull. President Mirocha presided.

<br />You are hereby notified that under and by virtue of the authority vested in me as Mayor of the City of
<br />South Bend, in the State of Indiana, a special meeting of-the Common Council of said City i_s hereby called
<br />to meet at the hour of 7 :30 o'clock P.M., on October 26th, 1945, in the Council Chambers in said City
<br />for the purpose of acting upon the following Ordinances of the City known as:
