This amendment requests a budget <br />transfer of $100,000 of unspent dollars in the Parks & Recreation Fund to prepare <br />comprehensive master plans for the zoo and parks department in connection with a <br />potential parks bond. <br />I will be available to discuss this substitute bill to the Common Council at the appropriate <br />committee and council meetings. <br />Thank you for your attention to this request.
