<br />Be it remembered that the Common Council-of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in regular session, Monday,Novernber
<br />23, 1942, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, at 7 :42 P.M. with all members present except Councilmen Jordan. and
<br />Brannan. President Pulaski presided. The reading of the minutes of the previous meeting was waived.

<br />Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred "An ordinance declaring the making, continuing or cause. and aid to
<br />be made or continued, loud, or unnecessary, or unusual noises a public. nuisance, partially defining such noises, and
<br />imposing a penalty for violation."
<br />Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that.in their opinion this ordinance shall be reported to
<br />the Council favorably.

<br />Niezgodski withdrew him motion. Councilman Hull made a motion to suspend the rules. Councilman McCarthy seconded

<br />to the Committee of the Whole at the next meeting and.that a member of the Park Department be present to explain
<br />transaction. Councilman Bishop seconded the motion. Motion carried.
