President Pulaski presi <br />The reading of the minutes of the previous meeting was waived. <br />The Clerk read a communication from the River Park Business & Professional Men's Association wherein it is petition( <br />that a change be made in the "No Parking" zones on Mishawaka Avenue between Ironwood Drive and S. 23rd Street. <br />Councilman McCarthy made a motion that the Streets and Alleys Committee write to the signer of the communication (W. <br />A. Butcher) and inform him of investigations and inform him -that they will appreciate receiving their suggestions <br />for a solution of the problem. Councilman Brannan seconded the motion. Councilman McCarthy made a motion for the suspension of the rules. <br />Councilman Heideman seconded the motion. Motion carried by a roll call vote of 8 ayes - 0 nays - 1 absent.
