<br />Chambers, City Hall, Thursday, August 13, 1942, at 7 :40 P.M. with all members present except Councilman Brannan.

<br />You are hereby notified that under and by virtue of the authority vested in me as Mayor of the City of South Bend, 
<br />in the State of Indiana, a special meeting of the Common Council of said City is hereby called to meet at the.hour 
<br />of 7:30 o'clock P.M. on August 13th, 1942 in the Council Chambers in said City for the purpose of receiving the pro- 
<br />posed budgets for the fiscal year of 1943. 
<br />The City Clerk is hereby directed to forthwith serve a copy of this notice on each and every member of the Common 
<br />Council of said City and make due return of such service of said special meeting.
