<br />to authorize the Grand Trunk Railroad to install proper crossing facilities at 30th and 32nd Streets in order that
<br />these streets may be opened to the public from Mishawaka Avenue to Jefferson Boulevard within the next sixty (60)
<br />days.

<br />Your Committee of the Thole to whom was referred "An ordinance transferring certain funds from the General Fund of
<br />the City Water Works Department to the General Fund of the City of South Bend, Ind."
<br />Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion this ordinance should go to the
<br />Council favorably.

<br />Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred "An ordinance appropriating monies for the purpose of defraying the
<br />expenses of the Policemen's Pension Fund of the city government of the City of South Bend, Indiana, for the fiscal
<br />year beginning January 1, 1942, and ending December 31, 1942, including all outstanding claims and obligations, and
<br />fixing a time when the same shall take effect."
<br />Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion this ordinance shall he reported
<br />favorably to the Council.

<br />1, 1942 and ending December 31, 1942, including all contractual obligations and fixing a time when the same shall
<br />take effect.
<br />Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion this ordinance shall be reported
<br />to the Council favorably.

<br />Civil City of South Bend, for the period commencing January 1, 1942 and ending December 31, 1942, both inclusive."
<br />Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion this ordinance shall go to the
<br />Council favorably.
