Hertratn and Blossom Ouellette for change of zoning of property on Lincoln Way East, 241 rods <br />west of the city limit line, from "C" commercial to "D" light industrial zone was considered by the City Plan <br />Commission at -their regular meeting May 1st. <br />The City Plan Commission recommends that this change be made as petitioned. <br />Yours truly, <br />D.
