199 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council met in r egular session in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, City of <br />South Bend, on Monday, June 10, 1940, at 9:04 P.M., with seven members present and Councilmen Hull and NiezZodski <br />absent. The reading of the minutes of the previous meeting was waived. <br />REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE ti ^:IDLE June 10, 1940 <br />To the Common Council of the City of South Bend: <br />Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred an ordinance amending Ordinance 2243 commonly known as the Buildi <br />Code of the City of South Bend, Indiana- <br />Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion it should be reported favorably as <br />amended to the Council. <br />LEO M. JORDAN, Chairman <br />Councilman Pulaski made a motion to accept the report. Councilman Brannon seconded the motion.
