All members were prese <br />hairman Jordan presided. <br />RDINANCE <br />N ORDINANCE RREQUIRING THE GRAND TRUNK WESTERN RAILWAY COMPANY AND THE NEW YORK CENTRAL RAILWAY <br />OMPANY AND THE NEW YORK CENTRAL R AILWAY COMPANY ( AND /OR NEW YORK CENTRAL SYSTEM) TO PLACE, KEEP <br />ND MAINTAIN A FLAGMAN AT THE WALNUT AND FORD STREET CROSSINGS; AND PROVIDING FOR PENALTY. <br />ouncilman Hull motioned that this ordinance be referred to the Grievance Committee for considera <br />ion and a report given to the Committee of the Whole on March 20. Councilman Niezgodski seconde <br />he motion. Motion carried. <br />ouncilman Hull motioned that the Committee of the Whole meeting be adjourned. Councilman <br />ichardson - seconded the motion.
