M. <br />All members were present.- Chairman Goetz presided. <br />RESOLUTION <br />A resolution authorizing the BoFrd of Public Works and Safety, South Bend to file an "�pplica,ti <br />to the United States of America through the Federal Emergency Administration of Public ivorks <br />for a lo^n and. grPnt to aid in financing the construction of Sewage Disposal Plant end Inter- <br />cepting Sewers Cnd designPting Burns & McDonnell Engineering Co. to furnish such information <br />Ps the Government mPy request. <br />Councilman Chambers moved that the name of Burns & McDonnell be stricken from the resolution <br />and that Charles W. Cole be substituted.. <br />Councilman Hull moved to amend amended motion that Mr. Anderson the City Engineers name appear <br />on resolution in plPce of Burns & McDonell end. that Mr. Anderson be instructed in contrtact <br />to employ local engineers rs nead.ed time to time. <br />Cheri rman Goetz P sked Councilman.
