r <br />ANNUAL MEETING January 3rd, 1938 <br />MINUTES <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the <br />Council Chambers in the City Hall, on January 3rd, 1938, at the hour of 7:30 P. M.,.for their <br />annual meeting. All members Were present. <br />• <br />Chairman Goetz called the meetino, to order. Councilmen Chambers nominated Councilmen Hull <br />for president. Councilman Kerner moved thet the nomination. be closed and that the Clerk record <br />P unpalmous vote for Councilman Hull °ss President of the Council. <br />Councilman James nominated Councilman Fish for vice president. Councilman Rasmussen moved <br />that the nominator be closed And that the Clerk record a unamimous vote for Councilmen Fish <br />as Vice President of the Council. <br />Councilman•Hull moved. that Councilmen Goetz be re- elected se Chairman of the Committee of <br />the Whole. C- uncilmen Chambers moved nomination be closed, and that t.e Clerk record a, unamimoulc <br />vote for Councilman Goetz as Chairman of the Committee of the Whole. <br />There being; not further business, Council adjourned at 7 :35 o'clock P.
