Zillmer, City Controller. <br />Report accepted by the Council and ordered to be placed on file. <br />COUNCILMAN HULL REPORTED ON THE FOOD ORDINANCE: <br />Councilmen Hull reported that the Ordinance Committee has made a few amendments.after meeting <br />with the grocers and butchers. The ordinance is now in the hands of the Health Department. <br />They are planning to meet with the inspectors, grocers' committee end the butchers' committee <br />this week and report back to the ordinance committee. Ordinance committee may be ready to <br />report to the Committee of the Whole Mondry December 20th. <br />Mr. Hunter, City Attorney reported on the Zoning Ordinance that was now appealed to the <br />Supreme Court. <br />There being no further business Councilman James moved to adjourn.
