SPECIAL MEETING DECEMBER 6th. 1937 <br />MINTUES <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the <br />Special Session in the Council Chambers of the City riall, Monday evening, December 6th, 1937, at <br />the hour of 8:15 P. M. All members were present. President Fish presided. <br />STATE OF.INDIANA ) CALL FOR SPECIAL MEETING <br />ST. JOSEPH COUTNY )SS: OF <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND } CO�CIiON COUNCIL <br />To the Members of the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />You are hereby notified that under and by virtue of the authority by law vested in me as <br />Major of the City of South Bend, of the State of Indiane., a special meeting of the Common Council <br />of said-City is hereby called to-be held at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P. M. or as soon thereafter <br />as convenient, on Monday evening December 6th, 1937, in the Council Chambers in said City, for <br />the purpose of considering the following ordinances, to -wit;' <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3239 - An Ordinence transferringihe sum of Nine Hundred Fifty -Six Dollars end <br />Twenty- ive Cents 4956.25)"from the Municipal Airport Fund of the City of South Bend and to <br />abolish the fund known as Municipal Airport Fund. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3239,- An Ordinance transferring the sum of Five Hundred Ten Dollars and Seven' <br />Cents 510.70 from one department under the Board of Health to another department under th, <br />Board of Health. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3240 -An Ordinance transferring the sum of Seven Hundred Dollars ($700.00) fro? <br />One account under the City Engineer's Office to another account under the City Engineer's <br />Office.-for the purchase of s new truck. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3241 - An Ordinance transferring the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) frcm <br />one account under the City Judges to another account under the City Judges for the payment <br />of Special Judges. <br />Dated this 2nd day of December, 1937. <br />(SEAL) <br />George W.-Fre ermuth <br />Mayor of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana,. <br />Countersigned: <br />Mary B.
