REGULAR MEETING SEPTEMBER 13th, 1937 MINUTES Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend. Indiana, met in the regular session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Monday evening, September 13th, 19] 7, at the hour of 9 :10 P. M. All members were present except Councilmen Goetz and James. Prealdtnt Fish presided. Councilmen Bull moved to dispense- with the-reading of the minutes for the last meeting.
