<br />BE it remembered the-t the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana.. met in the
<br />regular session--in- the- Council Chambers of the City-,Hall-,, Monday-evedng., August 23rd, 1937, •
<br />at the hour of 10 :05 P: M. All members were - present except Councilmen Goetz, Chambers and
<br />James. President Fish presided. Councilman-Hull moved to dispense with the reading of the
<br />minutes for the last meeting. Councilman Kerner seconded the motion. Motion •carried.
